Service Updates — OPS Logistics
Service updates

What is running, and what is not.

Current status across the network, anything open right now, and how long previous disruptions actually took to clear. If you have freight already moving, you should hear from us directly rather than finding it here.

Network
status

All regions operating. No open disruptions on services we run. Individual shipments can still be affected by local conditions — your booking is always more specific than this page.

01 — By region

Where things stand

A region shows as operating unless there is an open entry for it in the board below. The two always agree — if something is disrupted here, it is listed there with what we are doing about it.

Americas

North, Central and South America, including intra-regional road and air.

Operating No detail page
Europe

Western, Central and Eastern Europe, plus UK and Ireland services.

Operating No detail page
Middle East

Gulf states and the Levant, plus Red Sea and Suez ocean routings.

Africa

North, West, East and Southern Africa, including inland corridors.

Asia Pacific

East and South East Asia, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Operating Running to normal transit

Disrupted Extended transit or reduced capacity
Suspended Not accepting bookings
These describe our services, not the countries. "Disrupted" means extended transit or reduced capacity on lanes we operate. It is not a characterisation of any country or region, and should not be read as one.
02 — The board

Open now, and what came before

Resolved entries stay up rather than being deleted. It is the only honest way to answer the question people actually have when something goes wrong — not "what is broken", but "how long is this likely to take".

Open0

Nothing open right now

Disruptions affecting transit or capacity on services we run appear here while they are live.

All services running normally

Nothing on our network is currently disrupted. That does not mean every individual shipment is on time — local conditions, customs queries and missed connections all happen without becoming a network event. For a specific consignment, check the tracking or call the desk.

Recently resolved0

Nothing to show yet

Closed entries stay here with the dates they ran between, so you can see how long each one actually took.

No entries logged yet

As disruptions are opened and closed, they will build up here with their real durations attached — which over time becomes a far more useful guide than any estimate we could give you in advance.

An empty board is not a promise. It means nothing has been escalated to a network-level event, not that every shipment is running to plan. Your booking and its tracking are always more specific than this page can be.
03 — Notification

You should not be finding this out from a web page

A status page is for people deciding whether to book. If you already have freight moving, the update should reach you — not sit here waiting to be discovered by someone who thought to check.

Commitment 01

Affected shipments are contacted

If something changes on a consignment we are carrying for you, it comes from your contact at OPS. This page is the general position; your booking is the specific one.

Commitment 02

While a decision still exists

Told at the point options remain, not after the date has gone. An update that arrives too late to act on is a report, not a warning.

Commitment 03

With the options and their cost

Never just the problem. What can be done, what each route costs, and which one we would take if the shipment were ours.

Commitment 04

Including when we do not know

"We are waiting on confirmation and will call you this afternoon" beats silence, and beats a confident estimate we cannot stand behind.

Account holders can have this by lane. Tell your contact which routes matter and you will be told when something touches them, rather than receiving everything or nothing.
04 — Scope

What gets posted here, and what does not

Most carrier status pages fill up with things that do not affect anybody, which trains people to stop reading them. This one has a deliberately narrow remit.

Posted here

Things that change what your freight does

  • Extended transit or reduced capacity on lanes we operate
  • Port, airport or border congestion affecting our services
  • Routing changes customers should plan around
  • Customs or documentation process changes at a destination
  • Bookings suspended to or from a market
  • Resolutions — when a previous entry is closed and why
Not posted here

Things that would just be noise

  • General industry news that does not touch our lanes
  • Weather forecasts — we post effects, not predictions
  • Other providers' problems where our services are unaffected
  • Anything we cannot yet verify ourselves
  • Speculation about how long something might last
  • Commentary on the causes, which is not ours to give
Tariffs and duty changes have their own page. They affect cost rather than service, so they are tracked separately. Tariff updates →

A page cannot answer for your shipment

It can tell you the general position. It cannot tell you what to do about the container you have on the water right now — that depends on where it sits, what is in it and what you agreed with your buyer. Call with the booking reference and you get a specific answer, at any hour.
